WHAT'S THE TIME, MR WOLF?

Created by local resident, Eilidh Appletree, and performed by Nicola Roy, with live cello by Simone Seales, What’s the Time, Mr Wolf?  is an interactive installation for an audience of 2.  Let the storyteller immerse you in a fairytale world where violence has never tasted so sweet.

Each performance is for TWO PEOPLE per time slot.  Please arrive at the venue 15 mins before your slot.

Important notes:

  • This work contains reference to domestic abuse and gender-based violence. And is not suitable for those under 18 years old.
  • Upon entering the installation you will randomly be assigned the role of Husband or Wife. This work is a critique of patriarchy and heteronormativity, having the audience be assigned gender roles is part of this critique. It is not a reflection of your gender presentation. However, if for any reason you have a strong preference for the role you are given, please do get in touch via email: eilidhappletree@gmail
  • During the show, you will be offered chocolate. These are plant-based, gluten free and nut free. However, they have been made in a space where dairy, gluten and/or nuts have been handled.

Ingredients list:

  • Dark chocolate- raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, gluten-free oat flour, cocoa mass
  • White chocolate- creamed coconut, icing sugar, vanilla extract (water, organic alcohol, organic vanilla pods.)
